We stand by the quality of our swimwear and want you to find the perfect fit. If you need to return or exchange an item, you can do so within 7 business days of receiving your delivery. Please ensure that the hygiene sticker and tag are still attached, and the item is free of any defects or stains.

Quality Assurance on Returns

Before an exchange or refund is processed, the original item must be returned to our studio for inspection. Our dedicated team will review the product to confirm its condition. We reserve the right to decline an exchange or refund based on the item’s state upon return, at our own discretion.

Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges

Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item (a return shipping fee of 40 USD or exchange shipping fee of 60 USD).
